As an apprentice under the IBEW/ECAO Principal Agreement you are required to complete all of these courses prior to be eligible to write the Certificate of Qualification Exam. To register for the courses, the registration form must be completed and mailed or delivered to the JAC office, prior to the commencement of the courses. This form will not be accepted unless payment is included. A separate cheque in the amount of 100.00 is required for each course. Please note that the registration fee for First Aid is $120.00. Do not send one cheque to cover all registrations. Cheques are to be made payable to the Joint Apprenticeship Council and postdated for the date of the course. Registrations will be accepted on a first come basis. Complete and return this registration form along with the appropriate number of cheques to match your registration requests. At the conclusion of each course, the registration fee will be returned to you. Failure to attend a course will result in the registration fee being deposited; a doctor’s note will be required if absent due to illness. You will be required to re-register and provide another cheque. Your acceptance will be confirmed in the form of a letter. If you do not receive a letter, please call to verify your status one week before the commencement of the requested class.
